Ceramics Workshop: “Ancestral Birds of Colombia”
Saturday September 13 – 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
📍 Salento
Awaken your creative side and connect with the resonant roots of Indigenous cultures. This workshop, designed for youth and adults, invites you to handcraft instruments shaped like birds, inspired by Colombia’s pre-Columbian cultures. From earth to song: whistles that imitate birdsong—made by you.
Guided by artists Esteban Valdivia and Darío Rocha, you'll discover how art, music, science, and memory intertwine in a single sound object. No experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to get your hands dirty with history.
