Description
12 days of birdwatching before, during, and after the Salento BirdFair. Join Andrea and Alejandro, biologists and founders of Birding & Herping, on a route specially designed for birders. From the humid forests of Valle del Cauca to the páramos of Los Nevados National Natural Park, we will explore ecosystems with very high levels of endemism. We will look for iconic species such as the Toucan Barbet, the Multicolored Tanager, the Buffy Helmetcrest and many more. This tour not only celebrates the diversity of Andean birds but also directly supports local communities and the pioneering families in bird tourism and conservation.
